Flexible Metal Hoses / Welding Piping Assemblies
 Cooney Brothers maintains a full service Fabrication Shop that specializes in the production of Corrugated Flexible Metal Hose Assemblies.
All hoses, including pump connectors, vibration eliminators, or general purpose flex hoses, are custom built to the customer's specifications, in diameters from 1/4" through 12". Assemblies are produced in bronze and stainless steel to the exact required length. Any end configurations can be furnished, including flanged, threaded, socket weld, buttweld, union, swivel, cam and groove, and copper sweat. Duplex assemblies for steam jacketing are also produced.
All fabricated products are fully tested before leaving our facility.
Our Fabrication Shop also custom produces Spool Pieces built to your exact specs, Manifolds and Headers, which are custom made in virtually any configuration, and Vented Receivers or tanks used for storage of various fluids. Typical requirements are for carbon steel "Pipe Receivers," for use with non-electric and electric condensate return pumps.
